Not Sure Where AI Fits Your Business? That's Exactly Where We Start.

We assess your current operations, identify the AI and automation opportunities that will actually deliver ROI, and give you a prioritized roadmap, without the buzzwords, vendor agendas, or proof-of-concept theater that characterizes most AI consulting.

Most businesses that engage an AI consultant end up with a slide deck and a strategy they can't implement. That's not useful, and we don't do it. We've been building the types of systems that AI now helps automate (data pipelines, workflow automation, custom applications, system integrations) for 20 years. When we assess your AI readiness, we're assessing it against our knowledge of what AI can actually do in production.

20

Years in Production

Since 2006. Fortune 15 first client. Every industry on this page, in production.

"We Need to Do Something with AI" Is Not a Strategy.

Every business leader knows AI matters. The board is asking about it. A competitor announced something. But the question "where does AI fit our business?" is harder to answer than anyone admits, because the right answer requires understanding which of your current processes are actually automatable, whether your data is in good enough shape, and what implementation actually costs.

Most AI consultants are good at generating the list of possibilities. They're less good at the hard part: telling you which three things to do this year, in what order, with what investment, and why.

We've been building production systems long enough to know which AI applications work, which are still waiting for the technology to mature, and which are being sold to people who don't know the difference. That's the thing that makes our assessment actually useful.

A common situation we hear in discovery

Assess, Prioritize, Execute. In That Order.

A structured process built from 20 years of doing this work.

01

Operations Audit

We review your current technology environment, workflows, and data infrastructure. We're looking for processes that are repetitive and rules-based, data that exists but isn't being used, and decisions that depend on information that's currently unavailable or delayed.

02

Opportunity Identification

We map your AI and automation opportunities against two axes: expected ROI and implementation complexity. High-ROI, low-complexity items are quick wins. High-ROI, high-complexity items are strategic investments. We're explicit about both dimensions.

03

Technical Prerequisite Assessment

Most AI initiatives require data infrastructure that doesn't currently exist. We identify what needs to be built before each AI application can work, and give you an honest view of that cost as part of the roadmap, not as a surprise after you've committed.

04

Prioritized Roadmap

We deliver a written roadmap: opportunities ranked by priority, with scope, estimated effort, expected outcome, and dependencies for each. This is a document you can act on, not a presentation you file away.

05

Implementation Support

If you want to move from roadmap to execution, we implement. All six of our service lines exist to execute on exactly the types of opportunities we identify in this process.

What You Get

Concrete outcomes from every engagement.

Clear Picture of Where AI Fits

Not "AI can help with everything." Instead, you get this: "Here are the three things you should do this year, in this order, and here's why."

Honest Data Readiness Assessment

Most AI initiatives require data infrastructure work before the AI can do anything useful. We tell you that upfront, with scope and cost.

Prioritized Actionable Roadmap

Opportunities ranked by ROI and feasibility, with effort estimates and dependencies. Not a slide deck. A working document.

Vendor-Neutral Advice

We don't have software licenses to sell. Our recommendations are based on what will work for your business, not what we're incentivized to push.

A Partner Who Can Execute

If you want to move from strategy to implementation, the same team that assessed your readiness can build what the roadmap calls for.

A Representative Scenario

How this type of work plays out in practice.

The Situation

A DFW-based real estate services firm had been approached by several AI vendors pitching solutions ranging from AI-powered CRM tools to automated document processing. Leadership knew AI was relevant but couldn't evaluate the proposals with confidence or determine what to prioritize. They engaged Chordial for an AI readiness assessment before committing to any vendor.

What We Did

Conducted a structured audit of their operations, data environment, and current technology stack. Identified five potential AI/automation opportunities, assessed each for ROI potential and implementation prerequisites, and delivered a prioritized roadmap. Two quick-win automation opportunities required no AI at all, just better-configured integrations between existing systems.

The Result

The client deprioritized two vendor proposals that would have been expensive and minimally impactful, invested in two automation projects that delivered measurable ROI within 60 days, and began the data infrastructure work that will support the higher-value AI initiative in the following year. They spent less than they would have without the assessment and are on a clear path.
